A: The products are things that I have stumbled across in my journeys. It's not hard for me to find chicken-themed items. They are always the first things that leap off a store shelf at me.

A: If you something that might interest our audience, please send an email to andrew (at) thecontentedhen.com . Please note: for a product to be featured you must provide a link or contact information where it can be purchased, and a high-quality photo of the item. If you do not have a photo, we can photograph a sample of the product for you.

Q: Does The Contented Hen have a financial interest in the products it showcases?
A: All products are identified as "featured," " sponsored," or "original." Featured items are just things I've seen and like. "Sponsored" items are items I've chosen, and am commissioned to sell by the manufacturer. "Original" items are from our own line of lovely chicken things!
